SHOULD I CALL AHEAD?

Please call ahead to notify our staff as to the nature of your pet's emergency. We will then advise you on directions to the clinic and how to best transport your injured or ill pet.

WILL MY PET BE SEEN IMMEDIATELY?

Patients are seen based on a triage based system and thus life-threatening conditions must take priority over others. If you feel your pet's condition is life-threatening, please notify us immediately. Once the doctor has examined your pet, they will discuss their findings and advise you as to any further recommended diagnostics or treatments.

We strive to examine each patient within a reasonable time frame. However, just as in human emergency rooms, the unpredictable nature and severity of emergency cases may at times create delays. We appreciate your patience.
